Provide support and directions to healthcare facilities which include Safety, Life Safety, Security Management, Emergency Management, medical Equipment Management, Utilities Management, Medical Waste Management Plan Specialize in EOC rounding requirement and POC.
Perform detail services of kitchen cleaning to include detail removal of grease, floor scrubbing, walls, equipment and appliances.
Perform facility tour and review documentation with respect to EOC, Life Safety in preparation of regulatory compliance surveys. Conduct detail evaluation of standard in relation to compliance. Establish follow up criteria to non-compliance conditions.
Perform the role of Project Management from conception through completion of health facility projects, while also working with OSHPD as required.
Assist with obtaining designers, engineers, IOR’s, and the selection of contractors. Management the construction of all small or large projects and establishes communication criteria for end users or leadership.
